Overall good for its money. The location is perfect for both travelling by train and exploring the city with touristic purposes. Wi-Fi connection was more or less ok. The breakfast is plain, but more than enough. There was always food on offer, the breakfast room was well-kept and not overcrowded. The staff is very nice and friendly. There are touristic maps and brochures available. I left my luggage after the check-out, and also used a possibility to work a bit in the small lobby/ breakfast room.

We arrived very late so the codes to access was easy to find. All comfortable and clean rooms lovatoon is excellent easy walk to castle and cafe bars. Great as we needed to catch train and station 5 mins walk staff helpful and friendly.

Location is great, railway station, tram and tourist attractions are near by. Well cleaned rooms. I'm happy about their service, even though they provide breakfast 7 - 10 a.m., they prepared a small breakfast for me even I checked-out before 7 a.m. So this is highly appreciated.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Khadiga on the front desk. I had an issue with my shower and they fixed it instantly. I love the location too. Right in centre of everything and all transport links.

If you arrive at the Nantes train station, make sure to get out through the South Side exit. Then the hotel is just 2 minutes walk away. If take the north exit you are going to get lost... I had a small room on 4th floor under the ceiling, which was very hot in July. The double bed and pillow were good. Very good bathroom and shower. There are a few bars nearby.

The Hotel was great location and very clean and tidy and great links for the station and trams/buses , the breakfast was ok as contential but great way to start the day, i would stay here again.

When we arrived, the staff were amazing. They allowed us to store the bags until the check in time. There was a mistake from myself the way I booked the room, and they sorted this out straight away with no problems. Really friendly and very accommodating, we felt welcomed. The gentleman gave us a map and circled the main attractions, which was a great help.
